Time is of the essence. We fully understand the pressures of timely deliveries and work with UPS to insure your cases are handled with the utmost expediency and accuracy.

Quick Responses

Cases are generally processed within 4 working days of receipt. Return by UPS usually takes 2 days with an occasional chance of delay by customs. This means the total turnaround time will usually be 7 days from the date of shipment from your destination.

Instruction for mailing parcel

STEP 1:
Place all prepared items in the box. Please be sure to tightly pack foam or other packing material around the items to avoid shifting or harm to the case during transportation.

STEP 2:
When shipping an articulator, separate the top and bottom, place in separate boxes with the models and bite. Then wrap the items in bubble wrap and place in box with foam on top and bottom to protect the integrity of the models.
Actually, only impression and wax bite is enough for most of cases.

STEP 3:
Make sure to place your prescription sheet inside the box. Next, seal the boxes securely with packing tape.

STEP 4:
Attach your completed airbill to the top of your package. Call your local DHL / UPS / Fedex to schedule a pick up.
Please check whether the description sheet and invoices are included. The description sheet is simply described what is inside the parcel. You can mention "Dental Models".
The invoices is simply described about the cost of the impression. Both these two sheets should be printed in your company sheet and pasted outside the parcel for the customs.
